The hotel is close to the train station and convenience stores. A batting cage is also nearby. i enjoyed the breakfast each morningwith options for everyone. the staff was friendly and helpful .

The soundproofing in the bedroom was not sufficient. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms. the bathroom tap was leaking, and there was mold on the wall. the hotel needs to maintain higher standards.

the location was really great! it was close to shinjuku and near a train station. lots of restaurants and konbini were nearby, a big plus for quick meals and snacks, i thought. the value for money was certainly good.

the bed and pillow weren't the most comfortable. they felt quite hard and affected my sleep, i think. i could also hear noise from other rooms.
